Seamec Ltd enters into subcontract with G R Infraprojects Ltd for vessel SEAMEC III

Seamec Ltd has entered into a Subcontract with M/s. G R Infraprojects Limited for Charter Hire of our Vessel "SEAMEC III" for deploying in second season subsea installation and diving works in Part Replacement Pipeline Project, Pipeline Replacement Project - Group A (PRP-VIII A) and DSF II Project of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) on lumpsum basis.

The tenure of the subcontract is for 150 days.

The total value of the subcontract is approximately USD 16.72 million exclusive of GST.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1013.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 992.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1779 in over 195 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1025.15 and intraday low of 971.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1759097.00.
