Delta Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd develops 7 MW AC Solar Power Project

Delta Renewable Energy Private Limited ("DELTA"), a subsidiary of Orient Green Power Company Limited, has developed a 7 MW AC Solar Power Project located at Krishnasamudhram Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu and successfully completed the installation of a 7 MW AC Solar Power Project being our first-ever Solar Power Project, marking our Company's strategic entry into the solar energy segment, complementing our established portfolio in the wind power. DELTA has received the Service connection today. Other procedural compliances are being made and the commissioning is expected to be completed by end of the day today, December 05, 2025.

The project is proposed to be operated under the Group Captive Model, and the power generated will be supplied to the captive shareholders of DELTA.

This development represents a significant milestone for the Company as it expands its renewable energy footprint beyond wind power into the solar energy domain.

Shares of Orient Green Power Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.06 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.11. The total number of shares traded during the day was 404721 in over 513 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.42 and intraday low of 11.96. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4873106.00.
