Purple Finance Ltd to sell part of its portfolio to IDFC First Bank Ltd

The Finance Committee of Purple Finance Limited at its Meeting held on Thursday, December 04, 2025, has approved a transaction for the sale of part of its portfolio to IDFC First Bank Limited (IDFC) amounting to Rs. 17,37,17,439/- (Rupees Seventeen Crores Thirty Seven Lacs Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty -Nine Only) under Direct Assignment in terms of Master Directions - Reserve Bank of India (Transfer of Loan Exposures) Directions 2021, as amended from time to time.

This Direct Assignment transaction shall be income accretive and reaffirms the Company's ability to create a good portfolio. The proportion of Direct Assignment between IDFC and Purple shall be 90:10. Purple Finance Limited shall continue to act as a Servicer for all the loans sold in this arrangement.
