Thyrocare Technologies Ltd allots 10,61,07,794 bonus shares

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of Thyrocare Technologies Limited, at its meeting held today i.e. December 1, 2025, has approved and allotted 10,61,07,794 equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, in the proportion of 2:1, i.e., 2 (Two) new fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, to the eligible members of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members / Register of the Beneficial Owners, as on November 28, 2025, the 'Record Date' fixed for this purpose.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company has increased from 5,30,53,897 equity shares (Face Value - Rs. 10) to 15,91,61,691 equity shares (Face Value - Rs. 10).

The Bonus Equity Shares shall rank pari-passu in all respect with the existing fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company.

Shares of Thyrocare Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 495.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1473.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 66545 in over 3177 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 517.75 and intraday low of 481.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 33289394.00.
