Speciality Restaurants Ltd enters into franchise agreement for Asia Kitchen by Mainland China in UAE

Speciality Restaurants Limited has entered into a franchise agreement with Asia Kitchen By Mainland China LLC (the "Franchisee"), granting right to the Franchisee with effect from November 28, 2025 to open one franchise restaurant under its brand "Asia Kitchen by Mainland China" in United Arab Emirates within the time stipulated in the Franchise Agreement.

Franchise restaurant will be opened at Deira City Centre CCD C008, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Shares of Speciality Restaurants Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 125.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 129.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41017 in over 475 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 136.00 and intraday low of 124.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5455378.00.
