Bhd., Malaysian Entity, on November 28, 2025, for Execution of High Voltage OPGW Installation Works under the following Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("TNB") Contracts:

1. MAINHEAD C1 - CENTRAL
2. MAINHEAD Bl - JOHOR UTARA

The order value is Malaysian Ringgit 1,17,50,000/- (Approximately INR 25,36,02,482.50 /- (Rupees Twenty-Five Crore Thirty-Six Lakh Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Two Rupees and Fifty Paise Only)
