The Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd enters into agreement to sell freehold land

The Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited has entered into Agreement for Sale with M/s. Ashoka Builders India Private Limited for sale of the Company's freehold land which was converted from leasehold land to freehold land by execution of Deed of Sale/Conveyance situated at Azamabad Industrial Area, Azamabad, Hyderabad, Telangana admeasuring about 18,311.57 Sq. Yards equivalent to 15,310.80 Sq. Mtrs for a total sale consideration of Rs.173.96 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Seventy Three Crores and Ninety Six Lakhs only) and out of that the Company has received an advance of Rs.100 Crores (One Hundred Crores only) from M/s. Ashoka Builders India Private Limited.

Shares of Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 396.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 381.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9201 in over 364 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 398.00 and intraday low of 378.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3585304.00.
