Thyrocare Technologies Ltd fixes Nov 28, 2025 as record date for 2:1 bonus issue

The shareholders of Thyrocare Technologies Limited have approved the issuance of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 2:1 i.e., 2 (two) bonus equity shares of face value Rs. 10 (Rupees ten only) each for every 1 (one) equity share of face value Rs. 10 (Rupees ten only) each fully paid up each ranking pari-passu in all respects.

The Company has fixed Friday, November 28, 2025, as the "Record Date" for determining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance and allotment of Bonus Shares.
