Valiant Advanced Sciences Pvt Ltd commences commercial operations at its new state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing facility in Saykha, Gujarat

Valiant Advanced Sciences Private Limited, a wholly owned material subsidiary of Valiant Laboratories Limited, has commenced commercial operations at its new state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing facility located at Saykha GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat on November 07, 2025. The commissioning of this facility represents a major milestone in strengthening backward integration, diversifying product portfolio, and establishing a presence in the speciality chemicals industry.

The plant specializes in the production of Acetic Anhydride, a key chemical under the Ketene and Diketene derivatives category, which caters to both domestic and international markets. The facility has been established with a substantial investment, funded in part through the proceeds of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Valiant Laboratories Limited, and is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and a dedicated R&D setup to support future product development and innovation.

Shares of Valiant Laboratories Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 84.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 80.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5324 in over 957 trades.
