BHEL receives NOA from NTPC for 800 MW power project

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has received a Notification of Award (NOA) from NTPC Limited for 1x800 MW Darlipali Supercritical Thermal Power Project Stage-II in Sundargarh district, Odisha.

The order involves EPC works (including design, engineering, supply of equipment alongwith erection & commissioning and civil works)

The contract value is over Rs. 6,650 Crore excl. GST.

Shares of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 263.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 259.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 432873 in over 6235 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 265.80 and intraday low of 255.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 113456914.00.
