NTPC Green Energy Ltd Signs MoU with CtrlS Datacenter Limited for development of RE Projects

NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CtrlS Datacenter Limited (CtrlS) on 31st Oct'2025 in New Delhi. The MoU was signed by Sh. Sarit Maheshwari, CEO (NGEL & NTPC REL) and Sh. Sridhar Pinnapureddy, Founder & Chairman, CtrlS Datacenter Ltd.

The MoU aims to explore business opportunities of mutual interest towards development of Renewable Energy Projects of 2 GW capacity or more for the supply of RE RTC power to CtrlS Datacenters on PAN India basis for their captive consumption.

Shares of NTPC Green Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 103.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 104.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 350191 in over 3556 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 104.71 and intraday low of 103.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 36298679.00.
