Navin Fluorine International Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 6.50

The Board of directors of Navin Fluorine International Ltd has declared an Interim Dividend of ₹6.50/- (Six rupees and Fifty paise only) per equity share of the face value of ₹2/- each (i.e. 325% of the face value) for the Financial Year 2025-2026.

Friday, November 07, 2025 has been fixed as the Record Date for ascertaining eligibility for the payment of Interim Dividend declared by the Board for the Financial Year 2025-2026. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or after November 27, 2025.
