Laurus Labs Limited approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of Directors of Laurus Labs Limited have approved the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs.0.80/- (40%) per equity share of Rs.2/- each, for the Financial Year 2025-26.

The Company has fixed “October 31, 2025” as the “Record Date” for determining the eligibility of the Shareholders. The Dividend amount will be paid on or after November 12, 2025.
