Future Market Networks Ltd to surrender lease hold rights of Diamond Plaza Mall for not less than INR 60 crore

The Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 15, 2025, inter-alia, transacted and approved the surrender of lease hold rights vested with the Company with regard to the shopping mall known as "Diamond Plaza Mall" situated at premises no. 1 Calcutta Jessore Road Kolkata - 700 055 (Postal Address: 68, Jessore Road, Kolkata - 700 055) vide Lease Deed dated January 31, 2013 in favour of the original lessors viz. M/s Super Diamond Enterprises, a partnership firm having its office at 2nd Floor, ALOM House, 7B, Pretoria Street, Kolkata 700071 for a total consideration of Not less than INR 60 crore (to be received upon execution of transaction document), and the surrender shall be subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.

Shares of Future Market Networks Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 9.74 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.28. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12312 in over 40 trades.
