Samskara Bagru Commences Full-Swing Construction of 225 Rooms Spread Over 7 acres of Prime Land in Jaipur

Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited (SSCL) is pleased to announce that Samskara Bagru, a 5-star resort project with 225 keys, spread over 7 acres of prime land in Jaipur's Ajmer Road area, has commenced full-swing construction.

The project's contractors, consultants and architects were appointed a few months ago. Now, the JDA has approved both the commercial conversion of the land parcel and, through the Building Plan Committee, approved the proposed architectural drawings of the project. The Company has further deposited all necessary statutory fees with the JDA.

Samskara Bagru will have 225 tastefully appointed suite rooms and villas catering to the booming Ajmer Road weddings and business tourism market. Located close to SEZ, Samskara Bagru is expected to open to guests around August 2027.

Samskara is the IP of SSCL. SSCL is also a minority partner in Samskara Bagru through Associate Company Villashare Tech Private Limited. With Samskara Bagru, Samskara Resorts shall become one of Rajasthan's fastest-growing hospitality brands, having more than 1000 luxury keys in its portfolio and pipeline.

Samskara Bagru - 225 Keys by August 2027

The property will be the largest 5-star hotel in Bagru and one of the largest hotels in Jaipur, a leading tourism market of India. The project is being managed with cloud-based technological integration of construction and design teams. Samskara Bagru's features include:

The total subsidy savings for the Company over the time period of 10 years may exceed ₹12.5 crore, enhancing the financial competitiveness of this project. The resort is expected to generate quality employment for 450 people in Bagru and Jaipur.

Shares of SABOO SODIUM CHLORO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 16.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16.49. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19246 in over 106 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 16.90 and intraday low of 16.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 311048.00.
