Mahindra Lifespaces® acquires land near Mahalunge, Pune with Development Potential of INR ~3500 Crore

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. today announced that it has acquired 13.46 acres of land in the premier neighborhood of Nande-Mahalunge in Pune. The land is estimated to yield a developmentpotential of INR ~3500 Crore.

Shares of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 369.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 356.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14090 in over 688 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 373.95 and intraday low of 355.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5158513.00.
