Eco Recycling Ltd launches Nationwide E-waste Collection Drive

Eco Recycling Ltd. (Ecoreco), India's pioneering e-waste management company, has launched a nationwide e-waste collection drive to promote responsible disposal and recycling of e-waste. This special initiative, aligned with the Government of India's "Swachhta Hi Seva - Special Campaign 5.0" under the Swachh Bharat Mission, commenced on October 2, 2025 (Gandhi Jayanti) and will continue till October 31, 2025.

The campaign began with a full-page advisory in The Economic Times on Gandhi Jayanti, reiterating Ecoreco's commitment towards sustainability, circular economy, and Atma Nirbhar Bharat by recovering valuable natural resources from e-waste.

Speaking on the initiative, Mr. B K Soni, Chairman & Managing Director, Eco Recycling Ltd., said: "E-waste is not just waste; it is a national treasure and a source of precious natural resources. By channelizing it responsibly, we not only protect our environment but also strengthen India's vision of Atma Nirbhar Bharat and resource security. Through this campaign, we appeal to every household, institution, and corporate to participate actively and contribute to a cleaner, greener India."

To enable maximum public participation, Ecoreco has deployed multiple convenient channels for ewaste collection:

- Nationwide Collection Drive: Individuals, RWAs, corporates, and institutions are encouraged to come forward and contribute to responsible e-waste recycling.

- Book My Junk Mobile App: A user-friendly app enabling households to register their e-waste for door-to-door collection.

- Eco-Bins: Specially designed bins installed at convenient public and community locations, empowering individuals to seamlessly and effortlessly dispose of their e-waste in a responsible manner.

- Recycling on Wheels: A state-of-the-art mobile facility for businesses and corporates, equipped for on-site destruction of confidential data and secure collection of e-waste.

While Ecoreco's collection and recycling services are available throughout the year, this special October campaign is a clarion call for collective action towards environmental responsibility, resource recovery, and sustainability.

Shares of ECO RECYCLING LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 572.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 581.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25558 in over 1489 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 587.95 and intraday low of 553.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14745237.00.
