Electronics Bazaar BLC enters into Facility Lease agreement with Free Zones Authority - Ajman

Electronics Bazaar BLC, a branch of Electronics Bazaar (FZC), material subsidiary of GNG ELECTRONICS LIMITED has entered into a Facility Lease Agreement with Free Zones Authority - Ajman fully executed on October 01, 2025 for leasing of Facility premises.

This lease has been undertaken to meet the increasing operational requirements and to expand refurbishing and storage capacity in the region.

Location: Ajman, UAE
Lease Area: 1,017 sq.mt. (10,943 sq. ft.)
Lease Tenure: 1 Year, commencing from 26" September 2025 and valid until 25th September 2026, renewable every year.

Further to this we have also taken refurbishment facilities premises in current Sharjah airport international free zone totalling to 750 sq. mtr. (8,073 sq. ft)

With this our current refurbishment facility size in the UAE will be 3,767 sq. mtr. (40,544 sq. ft.) and total global refurbishment facility size will be 7,167 sq. mtr. (77,144 sq. ft.)

Shares of GNG Electronics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 352.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 348.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19488 in over 731 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 360.00 and intraday low of 343.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6827016.00.
