Waaree Energies Ltd invests Rs. 300 crores in Waaree Energy Storage Solutions Pvt Ltd

Waaree Energies Limited has made an investment amounting to Rs. 300 crores in Waaree Energy Storage Solutions Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, through rights issue.

The investment is for setting up 3.5 GWh Lithium Ion Advanced Chemistry Storage Cell manufacturing plant.

Shares of Waaree Energies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3488.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3434.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 171271 in over 12014 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3580.00 and intraday low of 3440.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 604126538.00.
