Reliance Infrastructure arm transfers 2% stake in Dassault Aviation JV for Rs. 175.96 crores

Reliance Infrastructure Limited has announced the transfer of 2% equity shares to Dassault Aviation, the Joint Venture Partner, in Dassault Reliance Aerospace Limited.

On September 05, 2025, Reliance Aerostructure Limited (RAL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Infrastructure Limited has transferred 2% equity shares to Dassault Aviation, in Dassault Reliance Aerospace Limited (DRAL), a joint venture company between Dassault Aviation (holding 49% stake) and RAL (holding 51% stake).

Upon completion of transaction, DRAL will cease to be a 51% subsidiary and become Company's associate company with 49% shareholding.

Dassault Aviation, a French company engaged in the businesses of military and business jets, and is the integrator Rafale & Falcon aircraft, as well as manufacturer of airframes and subsystems of these aircraft. The buyer does not belong to the promoter/promoter group companies.

Shares of Reliance Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 285.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 287.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 88925 in over 1597 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 289.00 and intraday low of 280.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25255980.00.
