Inox Wind sells stake worth ~ Rs 175 crores in Inox Renewable Solutions at a valuation of ~ Rs 7,400 crores

Inox Wind Limited (IWL), India's leading wind energy solutions provider, announced today that the company has sold stake worth ~ Rs 175 crores in its EPC subsidiary, Inox Renewable Solutions Ltd. (formerly Resco Global Wind Services Pvt. Ltd.), to investors at a valuation of ~ Rs 7,400 crores*.

Shares of Inox Wind Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 139.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 137.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1355457 in over 9281 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 145.70 and intraday low of 135.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 188296431.00.
