Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited ("the Company"), has secured a significant order for supply of Whole Spices, Blended Spices, Dry Fruits, Ghee, and Namkeen to Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB), operating under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India through its Sole Selling Agent, M/s J Ketankumar Co. (Proprietorship concern of Ketan Sobhagchand Shah, Whole Time Director & CFO of the Company) in accordance with the terms of the Sole Selling Agency Agreement dated May 10, 2024 between Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited and M/s J Ketankumar Co.
The Sole Selling Agency agreement authorizes the agent, M/s J Ketankumar Co to procure orders and undertake marketing, sales, and order executions across India, exclusively on behalf of the Company for KPKB and related government sales channels.
This allotment has been confirmed through Acceptance Letter for Registration (Application Form No. 2857) and post successful negotiation during the 76 Price Negotiation Committee Meeting held on 06th June 2025, with an agreement period valid from 05-August-2025 to 04-August-2026.
This order is expected to contribute materially to the revenue of the Company and further strengthen its presence in institutional and government procurement channels.
