Forbes & Company Limited announces new real estate project

As part of its strategic growth initiative, Forbes & Company Limited, subject to obtaining all Government, statutory and other requisite approvals, will pursue development of a land parcel measuring 10,671 sq. meters (2.63 acres) located at Thane, Maharashtra. The project is expected to include an Information Technology Park and other related developments including but not limited to retail, commercial, hospitality and office spaces under the IT/ITeS policy framework.

Shares of FORBES & COMPANY LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 433.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 437.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6511 in over 194 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 449.00 and intraday low of 421.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2829847.00.
