C & C Constructions Limited receives favorable arbitration award of Rs. 66 crore

C & C Constructions Limited has announced that Arbitration Award for an Amount of INR. 66 Crore (including interest till 26th July, 2025) has been received in favour of Company, released by Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal under Section 31 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 on July 26, 2025 (Award dated May 05, 2023), in the matter of C & C Constructions Limited and H.P. Road & Other Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HPRIDC) Contract No. PW.SRP/RIDC/HP/5/ICB/PKG-I for execution of Balance Work of Widening and Strengthening of Theog-Kotkhai-Kharatpathar Road Section from Km 0+000 to Km 48+000 having a length of 48 Km.
