HDFC Bank Ltd recommends 1:1 bonus issue

The board of directors of HDFC Bank Ltd at its meeting held today has approved the issuance of Bonus equity shares in the proportion of 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) equity share of Re. 1/- each for every 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share of Re. 1/- each held by the Members of the Bank as on the Record Date (mentioned below), subject to statutory and regulatory approvals as applicable and approval of the Members of the Bank to be obtained through Postal Ballot.

The record date for determining the entitlement of the Members of the Bank to receive bonus equity shares is Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

Shares of HDFC Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1957.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1986.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 388697 in over 9970 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1997.75 and intraday low of 1953.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 764925943.00.
