Varroc appoints Mr. Padmanabh Sinha as an Independent Director

Varroc, a leading global Tier-1 automotive supplier, announced the appointment of Mr. Padmanabh Sinha as an Independent Director on its Board of Directors, effective July 18, 2025. This marks Mr. Sinha's return to the Varroc Board, reinforcing the company's focus on robust governance, strategic foresight, and unlocking long-term value for stakeholders.

Mr. Padmanabh Sinha brings with him over 25 years of experience in the Indian investment ecosystem, spanning private equity, and technology entrepreneurship. His professional journey includes leadership roles at prominent global and domestic investment institutions, with deep expertise in capital allocation, investment stewardship and value creation across cycles. His strategic acumen and domain expertise are expected to significantly strengthen Varroc's growth and governance framework.

Mr. Sinha holds a bachelor's degree in computer science (Hons) from BITS Pilani, an MBA from IIM Calcutta, and has completed the Executive Development Program in Private Equity at Harvard Business School.

Prior to LaunchBay Capital, Mr. Sinha held senior positions at the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), Temasek, and Tata Opportunities Fund, among others. He brings a full-spectrum investment perspective, having led initiatives across fundraising, deployment, portfolio management, and exit strategies. His professional philosophy is rooted in supporting high-quality businesses and leadership teams committed to responsible, enduring value creation.

Shares of Varroc Engineering Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 559.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 569.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2658 in over 168 trades.
