Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd commissions 50 MW Group Captive Solar Project at Vastan

Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) vide communication dated 24th April, 2025, had informed about the commencement of commercial operation of 25 MW first phase of the 75 MW Vastan Group Captive Solar Power Project.

Upon approval of the competent authority, now GIPCL has announced that the balance capacity and second phase of 50 MW has also entered into Commercial Operation and power supply has commenced. Hence, the 75 MW Vastan Group Captive Solar Power Plant is now fully commissioned and commercially operationalized.

Shares of Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 209.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 196.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42309 in over 1023 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 213.35 and intraday low of 197.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8765639.00.
