PTC India Financial Services Ltd issues LoI to Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd for Venot Power Infra Pvt Ltd

PTC India Financial Services Limited (the "Company"), after an elaborate price discovery process, has issued a Letter of Intent ("LoI") on 23rd June 2025 to the highest bidder namely Enviro Infra Engineers Limited for resolution of debt (NPA) of Vento Power Infra Pvt. Limited by way of change in management process. The gross transaction value at which the highest bidder was finalised is Rs. 115,60,60,660. The ultimate resolution of the debt of the NPA is subject to acceptance of the LoI by the highest bidder, execution of definitive agreements, receipt of transaction value and transaction closure.

Shares of PTC India Financial Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 41.07 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 41.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43173 in over 423 trades.
