V-Mart Retail Limited allots 5,95,30,353 bonus equity shares

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of V-Mart Retail Limited has today allotted 5,95,30,353 equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each as fully-paid up bonus equity shares, in the proportion of 3:1 i.e., 3 (Three) new fully paid up equity share of ₹ 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share of ₹ 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, to the eligible members of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members / Register of the Beneficial Owners, as on June 23, 2025, the 'Record Date' fixed for this purpose.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 79,37,38,040 consisting of 7,93,73,804 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The Bonus Equity Shares allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company.

Shares of V-Mart Retail Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 924.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3558.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18252 in over 1954 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 949.55 and intraday low of 895.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16929770.00.
