Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited ("WAAREERTL") has received a revised scope of work under the existing contract for execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for Ground mount Solar PV project of 2012.47 MWp capacity. The terms and conditions of the contract remains same.
The scope under the commercial order has been enhanced by Rs. 246.92 Cr. totalling to Rs. 1480.40 Cr. All the terms and conditions of the contract remains same.
