Abate AS Industries Limited approves 1:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Abate AS Industries Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, June 17, 2025, has considered and approved the issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) fully paid-up bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each held by the Members of the Company as on the Record Date, subject to approval of Members of the Company in ensuing General Meeting.

The board also approved increase in Authorize share capital of the company from 95,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ninety-Five Crore) to 1,58,00,00,000 /- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty-Eight Crore) by altering the capital clause of Memorandum of Association of the company subject to approval of Members of the company in ensuing General Meeting.
