Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited ("the Company") has signed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with India Exposition Mart Limited ("IEML") for the development of extended exhibition halls at the Expo Centre, Greater Noida.
Following are the key elements of the LOI:
1. The project involves the design, construction and service of Semi-Permanent Exhibition Halls, which are adaptable for conversion into Permanent Structures.
2. The agreement includes deployment of the Temporary German Hangar, till the completion of the project - to host ongoing events, ensuring immediate utility and monetisation.
3. The project will offer a revenue opportunity estimated between INR 20 Crore to INR 35 Crore, for the FY 2025-2026 & 2026-2027, depending on final specifications and scope expansion.
The engagement shall enhance our presence in the high-demand Exhibition Infrastructure segment and aligns with our long-term objective of building scalable, exhibition infrastructure solutions.
The project will significantly expand the indoor exhibition capacity at Expo Centre, Greater Noida, addressing the growing Domestic and International demand for Modern Exhibition Spaces, and positioning the venue as a premier MICE destination.
Exhicon is well-positioned to design, build & operate Multipurpose Event Venues across India, with three venues currently under construction and the first phase of Messe Global Pune already operational.
Shares of Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 411.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 403.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 134500 in over 186 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 423.60 and intraday low of 410.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56272425.00.
