Vimta Labs Ltd fixes June 13, 2025 as record date for 1:1 bonus issue

The shareholders of VIMTA LABS LIMITED have approved, issue of bonus equity shares in the proportion of 1:1, i.e., 1 (One) bonus equity share of Rs. 2/ each for every 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share held as on the record date i.e., on 13th June 2025.

The bonus equity shares will be issued out of free reserves and/or the securities premium account and/or the capital redemption reserve account of the Company available as at 31st March 2025.

The Pre-bonus issue paid-up equity share capital as on date is Rs. 4,45,05,568/- consisting of 2,22,52,784 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each and the post-bonus issue paid-up equity share capital is expected to be around Rs. 8,90,11,136 consisting of 4,45,05,568 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The actual number of bonus equity shares to be issued will be determined based on the fully paid-up equity share capital as on the record date.

Shares of Vimta Labs Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 942.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 951.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7109 in over 733 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 959.65 and intraday low of 936.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6728048.00.
