Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited at its meeting held on Wednesday, June 04, 2025, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1/- (One Rupees only) per share on the Equity Shares of the Company (i.e. dividend @ 10% per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each), for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of the shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
