SERA INVESTMENTS & FINANCE INDIA LIMITED's subsidiary company Sera Capital Service Private Limited has filed application for raising investment up to ₹100 Crores in an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) named "SERA CAPITAL GROWTH FUND" in category III registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

Shares of Sera Investments & Finance India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 38.48 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 94442 in over 136 trades.
