Zodiac Energy Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of Zodiac Energy Limited has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 0.75/- (Rupees Seventy-five paisa only) per Equity share having face value of Rs.10/- per equity share (i.e. 7.5% of face value) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting
