The Board of Directors of GPT Infraprojects Limited has recommended a Final Dividend of 10% i.e. Rs. 1.00 per equity share on the face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
