Intense Technologies Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Intense Technologies Limited has recommended a final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2025 @ Rs.1.00/- (50%) per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2025 subject to approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing 34th Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2024-25.
