The Tata Power Company Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of The Tata Power Company Limited has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 2.25 per Equity Share of ₹ 1 each (@ 225%) to the Members for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The dividend recommended by the Board is subject to the approval of the Members at the forthcoming 106th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, July 4, 2025.

Shares of Tata Power Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 397.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 389.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 438493 in over 6824 trades.
