Rushil Decor Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Rushil Decor Limited has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 0.10 (Ten Paisa Only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 1/- each (10%) for the Financial Year 2024-25. This proposal is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The date of next Annual General Meeting, the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for payment of dividend and the date of payment will be intimated separately.
