The Board of Directors of Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Limited have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50/- (Two Rupees and Fifty Paisa only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
