Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.75

The Board of Directors of Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited has approved the recommendation of final dividend at INR 2.75/- per equity share, a payout of 55% of face value INR 5/- each, for FY 2024-25, subject to approval by Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Shares of Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 739.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 706.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10609 in over 666 trades.
