MURAE Organisor Limited to explore acquisition of agricultural land in Kutch

The Board of Directors of MURAE Organisor Limited, in its meeting held on 12/05/2025, has approved, subject to satisfactory due diligence, receipt of necessary regulatory approvals, and other statutory clearances, the proposal to explore the acquisition of agricultural land located in Kutch, Gujarat.

The acquired land, upon successful completion of due diligence and all requisite approvals, is proposed to be utilized primarily for cultivating high-quality pomegranates, taking advantage of the region's favorable agro-climatic conditions. Additionally, the Company plans to establish a distillery facility on this site, enhancing operational efficiency and enabling entry into value-added segments, thus potentially diversifying and strengthening the Company's revenue streams.

The estimated investment for this proposed initiative is in the range of INR 200 million to INR 250 million. The actual quantum of investment will be finalized post successful completion of the detailed due diligence process, obtaining favorable feasibility reports, and securing necessary governmental and statutory clearances.

The proposal aligns strategically with several favorable government initiatives such as the "National Horticulture Mission," "Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana (PMKSY)," and "Gujarat Industrial Policy 2020," which collectively aim to encourage agricultural, horticultural, and industrial growth through various subsidies, tax incentives, and infrastructural support mechanisms.

The final decision regarding this strategic initiative will depend on the outcomes of the detailed feasibility studies, due diligence reports, and regulatory approvals.
