Hind Rectifiers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Hind Rectifiers Ltd has considered and recommended final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (100% of face value of Rs. 2/- each), for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of the members of the Company, which shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, if approved.
