Jindal Steel & Power Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Jindal Steel & Power Limited has considered and recommended Final Dividend for the financial year 2024-25 @ 200%, i.e., Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each, out of the profits of the Company for the financial Year 2024-25, which shall be paid, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and other authorities, wherever required.

Shares of Jindal Steel & Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 897.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 895.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 68158 in over 4082 trades.
