360 ONE WAM Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors ("Board") of 360 ONE WAM LIMITED ("Company") at its meeting held today has approved first interim dividend for FY 2025‐26 of Rs. 6/‐ (Rupees six only) per equity share of face value of Re. 1/‐ (Rupee one only) each and has fixed the record date as Tuesday, April 29, 2025, for this purpose. The said interim dividend will be paid / dispatched on or before Wednesday, May 22, 2025, subject to applicable taxes.
