Fire at Syrma SGS Technology Limited's unit in Noida

A minor fire accident took place at one of the Company's unit, situated at A-113,Sector-65, Noida -201307, Uttar Pradesh in first half today i.e. on Sunday, December 22, 2024. The reason of the fire is yet to be ascertained. Fire was controlled within time and there were no casualty. This will have no material impact on overall production operations of the Company.

The company has adequate insurance coverage and have already informed the insurance company about the incident. The Company is taking steps to ensure normal operation at the plant at the earliest.

Shares of Syrma SGS Technology Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 595.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 614.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 71879 in over 2255 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 621.75 and intraday low of 586.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 43160872.00.
