RBI approves reappointment of V Vaidyanathan as MD and CEO of IDFC First Bank Ltd

RBI vide its communication dated September 19, 2024, has granted its approval for re-appointment of Mr. V. Vaidyanathan (DIN: 00082596) as the MD & CEO of the Bank for a period of three (3) years effective from December 19, 2024, to December 18, 2027.

Shares of IDFC First Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 73.81 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 72.78. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1656104 in over 9262 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 74.25 and intraday low of 71.17. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 120680181.00.
