LIC increases stake in IRCTC

Life Insurance Corporation of India ("the Corporation") has increased its shareholding in equity shares of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. ("Company") from 5,82,22,948 to 7,43,79,924 i.e., 7.278% to 9.298% of the paid-up capital of the said Company.

Shares of Life Insurance Corporation Of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1031.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1013.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41717 in over 2105 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1034.55 and intraday low of 1019.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 42871574.00.
