Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd acquires another Residential Project at premium location of Goregaon West

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited, is an emerging name in the real-estate industry has announced the launch of New Residential Project named "MANJU VILLA" located at Goregaon (west). The project marks MIIL's strategic move into the space premium of Luxury real estate in Mumbai.

The project has a total construction area of about 30 Thousand Sqft after delivering the possession to the original tenants the project is expected to generate revenue about of Rs.370 millions.

The construction of the property will be executed by "Meghna Developers AOP", an associate entity of Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited, in which 90% of the stake hold by Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 548.90 and intraday low of 540.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14510971.00.
